Metal structure, hanging blanket
2022
By shaping the thought of "feeling at home in someone's arms", the work speaks of the ambivalent thought of wanting to be supportive for people and, at the same time,
feeling in need of comfort and protection.
the blanket is shaped like a human figure in the act of welcoming and, at the same time, evokes the feeling of being welcomed at home."Cercandoti" therefore represents the
instinct to protect and the desire to be protected, to seek and to offer shelter through a physical communication, which can become an unnoticed care for each and every one
of us. The sculpture is available to the public, who can interact with it by entering into
the embrace.
