Hair is an intimate fiber of the human being, a symbol of our identity.
It is used to recognize and understand people, stories, and traumas, yet once detached from the body, it evokes repulsion. And yet, hair is us. In the "Persone" project, I collect hair from different individuals to explore our deep connection. Despite our differences, we are made of the same material that grows on our heads, binding us in a visceral way. Through this collection, I invite the viewer to reflect on the shared humanity that unites us beyond appearances, in a gesture of intimate sharing.
